Your Control Tools
You can manage your gambling activity using several built-in features. Set deposit limits to cap how much you add to your account over a day, week, or month. Loss limits restrict how much you can lose in the same periods. Session time limits let you decide how long you play in one sitting, and reality checks remind you how long you’ve been active during a session.
All limit reductions take effect immediately. If you choose to raise a limit, the change will only apply after a 24-hour cooling-off period. You may also request a temporary break, known as a cooling-off period, for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. For longer breaks, self-exclusion is available for a minimum of six months.
To adjust any of these settings, log into your account and go to the “Responsible Gaming” section under your profile. Changes are applied without delay unless you’re increasing a limit.
Warning Signs
Problem gambling can develop quietly. Watch for these signs: chasing losses, lying about how much you gamble, feeling restless when trying to cut down, using gambling to escape problems, or risking money you cannot afford to lose. If any of this sounds familiar, it’s time to act. There is no shame in seeking help.
Free, confidential support is available through the National Responsible Gambling Programme (NRGP). They offer a 24/7 helpline, counselling, and referrals. South African players may also register with the National Gambling Act’s self-exclusion system, which blocks access to licensed gambling sites across the country.
Protecting Minors
Only adults aged 18 and over may open an account. We verify age and identity during registration and before processing withdrawals. Never allow minors to use your device or account. If you share a computer or phone, consider installing blocking software such as Gamban or Betfilter to prevent underage access.
Account Rules
One person, one account. You must be physically located in South Africa and meet all legal requirements to register. During sign-up, you’ll provide personal details. Before your first withdrawal, we’ll ask for proof of identity and address. This is standard practice to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Bonuses come with terms. Wagering requirements mean you must bet a certain amount before withdrawing bonus funds. Not all games count equally toward these requirements, and bonuses expire if unused. Attempting to misuse offers, such as opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will void any rewards and may lead to account closure.
Accounts inactive for 12 months may be classified as dormant. We’ll contact you before applying any dormancy fees, which comply with local regulations.
Fair play matters. Collusion, using bots, card counting in live dealer games, or disputing legitimate losses via chargebacks are prohibited. Breaches may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities.
If you have a complaint, contact our support team first. If unresolved within eight weeks, you may escalate the issue to the relevant provincial gambling authority.
We may update our terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or site notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that period means acceptance.
Privacy and Data
We collect personal data to run your account safely: name, contact details, ID documents, payment info, and technical logs like IP addresses. This supports verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
Your data is never sold. We share only what’s necessary, with payment processors, KYC providers, and regulators, and always under strict confidentiality agreements. Records are kept for five years after account closure, as required by law.
You have rights under data protection rules: to see what we hold, correct errors, request deletion (where allowed), move your data elsewhere, or object to certain uses. Submit requests through your account or by emailing our data team.

Staying Safe
Gambling should never feel like a solution to financial or emotional stress. If you’re unsure, take a break. Use the tools. Call the NRGP helpline. Your well-being comes first.
